Ramadan in Istanbul

Ramadan is a religious observance for Muslims.




































In the mosques there is a special place for women which is called Haremlik.
Some of the women in mosques pray to God in this section.



































Some do not.

Ramadan does not counsel just fasting, but also helping others,
resignation and understanding.
